Important information for my patients!
The day has finally come when it is time to close the doors on Olympic Chiropractic and Spine Fitness. The past 34 years have provided innumerable experiences with so many patients from all walks of life and it is time for me to move on to a new adventure. Balancing 2 careers and raising a family for the past 24 years has been quite an adventure.
Thank-you so much for being flexible with my crazy schedule working around my Fire Department career. I am honored and humbled that so many of you have trusted me with your health and well being for so long. I like to think I have always had your best interests at heart and have tried to give of my knowledge and experience in supporting you in your quest to live an active life. I have learned so much from each of you in so many ways, it's impossible to give sufficient thanks.
The hardest part of leaving practice has been the quest to find somewhere as a resource for you to continue to receive appropriate care. I believe I have found that resource. A set of circumstances put me in touch with Dr. Kris Sasaki who is the founder of Vida Integrated Health He is a graduate of my alma mater, Western States Chiropractic, and has an emphasis on the Sports Medicine model emphasizing an active lifestyle and a belief in working collaboratively with other healthcare disciplines. He has created a small network of clinics serving communities in Seattle- Capitol Hill, Seattle- University District, Bellevue, Kirkland and Everett with some of the best providers in the state. As I have met and talked with Kris, I have developed a trust in the model he has created, and the people associated with Vida Integrated Health.
A change in your provider network (M.D., Dentist, etc.) is hard but I recommend and encourage each of you to give Vida an opportunity.
My last day seeing patients at Olympic Chiropractic will be May 17, 2019.
Dr. Powers will be moving to 2817 NE 55th St.
Stay Fit, Keep Moving, and Be Grateful Every Day!
